"Really polite crew, no hassle at all"
I had a really good experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, because the two guys who showed up were polite right from the start and didn’t make me feel awkward at all about the pile of junk I had sitting there, which I was kind of embarrassed about.
They called before they arrived, explained the pricing clearly, answered my questions without making it feel like a big deal, and the whole thing was just easy and relaxed with no rushing me or acting annoyed.
They even thanked me afterward, which was a small thing but it stood out to me because good manners really do make a difference. I’d definitely use them again.

"Estimate was basically right on"
Had 1-800-GOT-JUNK? come by for some old furniture and a bunch of garage stuff I didn’t want to deal with. They looked it over and gave me the price upfront.
I figured it might change by the end, but it didn’t. No random fees or anything. The guys were quick, easy to work with, and the estimate was honest...

"Easy to schedule, just a little late"
Booking the pickup was straightforward, I was able to find a time that worked for me without much hassle. They did show up a bit later than I expected, though — which was kind of annoying. Overall, it was fine — not great, but not bad either

"They basically cleared out my whole garage"
I had a garage packed with all kinds of random chaos and had no clue what they’d actually be willing to haul away. Somehow, they took the old couch, a busted TV, boxes, scrap wood, and even the sad pile of yard junk that had been haunting me for way too long.
It was such a relief not having to call a million different places and explain the disaster zone to each one. The guys were friendly, fast, and made the whole thing feel way less overwhelming. I’d absolutely use them again

"Booking was quick and easy"
Booking online was smooth and only took me about 5 minutes. I just picked a time, listed what I needed hauled away, and got the confirmation right away. The only thing I would’ve liked is maybe a little more detail upfront about what to expect next, but I didn’t have to call anyone or deal with back-and-forth, which was great. Overall, the site was easy to use and made scheduling really simple.

"There was a mix-up with my pickup..."
There was a mix-up with my pickup time, which was frustrating at the moment. I called support, and while it wasn’t exactly the smoothest process ever, they did manage to sort it out by the next day. So, credit where it’s due, they got there in the end, even if it took a little more hassle than I’d hoped.

"Really careful with everything"
The guys who came out were really careful coming through the house. My sister was there with me, and we both noticed they didn’t bump the walls or scratch the floors at all. They even slowed down around a tight corner without us saying anything. They got the junk out quickly but still treated the place with respect. I’d definitely use them again.

They showed up within the time window and had my old couch and a bunch of boxes cleared out fast. It was a little on the pricey side, but the whole process was so easy and hassle-free that I’d still recommend them if you just want the junk gone without dealing with it yourself.

"Saved Me a Ton of Time"
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but i don’t have the patience to spend an entire weekend dealing with old furniture and random junk from the garage. They showed up, gave me the price upfront, and got everything cleared out in one quick trip. No surprise fees or nonsense after the fact. For me, not having to rent a truck or waste my weekend made it totally worth it.

After all the junk was gone, they actually took the time to clean up the area, which I really appreciated. The place looked better than it did before they started. Weirdly, I remember there was one random blue bottle cap on the floor the whole time, and even that was gone by the end.
